6pm: Vinyasa Flow – 90mins (energetic flow, intermediate)


6pm: Seasonal Yoga with Emmaline - 75 mins (Vinyasa flow to align with nature, all levels & beginners welcome)


6pm: Hatha Yoga – 75mins (slow and calm practice, perfect for beginners & all levels)           


6.30am: Morning Yoga – 60mins (dynamic Ashtanga based flow, for all levels - beginners welcome)


8.30am: Morning Vinyasa with Natalie - 60mins (energising flow, for all levels - beginners welcome)

To receive discount we have a range of 6 consecutive week passes available –

6 x One session per week - £40 (receive one free session saving £8)

6 x Two sessions per week - £80 (receive two free sessions saving £16)

6 x Three sessions per week - £108 (receive four sessions free saving £36)

Please note, if you are booking a pass online, you need to sign up for each class you would like to come to in the 6 weeks to ensure your place (buying a pass doesn't guarentee you your mat, only booking into the class does). Please do not wait to book week by week as classes do fill up. If you cannot make a class and cancel at least 4 hours before you can use your pass to come to any other class in that week.
